We believe exceptional care begins with compassion. Every treatment we provide is guided by empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of how oral health impacts confidence, comfort, and quality of life.
SMYLES for Heroes is a charitable initiative created by Dr. Nitin Doshi, Founder of National Dental and SMYLE™ Technology, to provide full-arch dental restorations to deserving veterans and first responders.This program offers comprehensive full-arch dental implant treatment, valued between $30,000–$60,000, at no cost to the recipient, restoring not just smiles, but confidence, comfort, and function.
We welcome nominations from:
- Veteran and first responder organizations
- Support groups and community advocates
- Family members and loved ones
- Veterans and first responders may also self-nominate
Candidates should be missing multiple teeth or currently wearing dentures and be clinically suitable for full-arch dental implants.
Doshi Smiles is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to providing free, life-changing surgical care and full life-cycle treatment for children affected by craniofacial deformities. Driven by compassion and justice, our mission is to ensure that every child—regardless of background—has the opportunity to smile, speak, and live without pain or stigma.
Doshi Smiles focuses on underserved rural regions, where children and adults often endure:
- Chronic pain and physical discomfort
- Social isolation and discrimination
- Limited or nonexistent access to specialized care
By bringing advanced surgical expertise and long-term care to these communities, Doshi Smiles restores hope, dignity, and opportunity where it is needed most.
